DESCRIPTION: Come and join us for the 5th annual Quebec Ataxia Canada fundraising brunch on Sunday, October 18, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at l’Académie restaurant, 2580 Laurier Blvd. <strong>Tickets will be on sale from August 15 to October 4, 2015,</strong> at a cost of $35 ($7 for children under 12) including taxes and tip.

Dr. Jacques P. Tremblay, researcher at the Laval University research centre, will talk about the latest developments in Ataxia research. Dr. Tremblay was on the show <em>Découverte</em> last winter talking about Ataxia research, using a gene modification technique CRISPR developed by Dr. Emmanuelle Charpentier.

Mr. Yannick Gallant will also talk about the daily life of a person with Ataxia.

The menu will feature a selection of four brunch options, and there will be door prizes. You can bring your own wine.
